MSY Technology Current Service and Information Update
We are remaining open as usual. Please be informed that due to higher than normal demands for IT equipment in order to stay working remotely, we have been inundated with online orders so please expect some delays on top of normal turnaround times. We ask for customers to continue to respect, show compassion and support our team members as they are staying at work for the goodness.
We are continuing to monitor the developing situation and will keep customers updated if any further changes happen.
Sorry we have to turn off our phone systems, our staff are under heavy load and we need to concentrate on providing goods to customers. For all enquiries please email your store or department directly and they will respond as soon as possible.
During this uncertain time, we are experiencing a large infux of orders from our customers. We are trying our best through the backlog as quickly as we can with limited man power. Please allow more time on top of the regular turnaround times. Thanks for your understanding.

In this time of uncertainty with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic we want to ensure that the health and safety of our staff and customers is of the highest priority.
We have therefore implemented some changes to our trading to alleviate the risk of the virus spreading, however we anticipate operating as best as we can under the circumstances to fulfil and despatch orders as quickly as possible.
We endeavour to remain open to serve you for as long as the Government will allow. Our retail stores are fully operational, but we are currently suspending 'on the spot' repairs for PC's/laptops, and all repairs must be booked in for diagnosis/pickup at a later indicated date.
Social Distancing and safety measures
For everyone’s safety we will comply with the 1.5 meter social distancing guideline, we strongly encourage customers to follow the procedure. Markings will be placed on the ground to help customers keep enough distance between each other.
Increased cleaning within our stores
We have increased our cleaning routines across our stores, including increased cleaning throughout the day.
Use of touchless payment options
For the time being our preferred payment method is via debit or credit card through our touchless payment terminals. (Don’t worry we can still accept cash)
Team readiness and support
We have requested any team member feeling unwell to remain at home. We also encourage our customers who are feeling unwell to also remain at home. We have our teams prepared to respond to any health and safety issues should they arise.
Bulk buying for reselling, panic buying and change of mind
At this stage MSY will be suspending all change of mind returns, until further notice.
Customer Support and deliveries
As we’re experiencing an extremely high volume of enquiries through all methods please be patient and we will answer as soon as possible. We encourage customers to contact us by email.
We are now seeing some delays and interruptions to deliveries, we will keep monitoring the status and update customers as it changes. It’s most likely the delivery service will get worse in the coming weeks ahead so please plan accordingly.
